At BeanGoodToMe, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Because our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, all sales are subject to the following refund terms.
Refunds or replacements may be offered if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us at [your contact email] within [7–14] days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photo evidence of the issue.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or consumed items. We also do not offer refunds for orders placed incorrectly, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with taste or aroma.
If an order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we will work with the shipping carrier or supplier to investigate. Refunds or replacements for lost orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
